Shipping Policy

Protect It Dental uses United Parcel Service (UPS) as its preferred carrier, and all shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and the destination ("Ship To" zip code). We ship to US locations only, and cannot fulfill orders with international shipping addresses.

For predetermined and expedited shipping rates, please contact Protect It Dental with your shipping information, and we will be able to provide you with a rate (See Contact Us section).

Note: Orders with expedited shipping requests (i.e. UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select) must be submitted prior to 4PM EST for same-day shipping. Expedited orders are delivered on business days only (excludes Saturday and Sunday). Please note: UPS Next Day Air requests will be delivered the following business day. For Saturday deliveries, please contact customer support via phone 855-277-8610 to request special delivery services.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.All shipping addresses require a physical address.

Return Policy

Protect It Dental  is pleased to offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

If we have made a mistake with your order, or if you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately (see Contact Us section). If you have ordered the incorrect item or need to return an item, please read below for our 30-Day Return Policy.

30-Day Return Policy

Protect It Dental may issue a refund or credit on most items returned within 30 days of delivery. Items you wish to return MUST be unused and in their original packaging. If you would like to return a product, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Form (RAF) and number. Once you receive this RAF form/number, please include a copy with your return, to ensure your return is received properly. Any items returned to Protect It Dental will incur a 5% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Items which will not be accepted under this return policy include:

  • Opened or Damaged Electrode Pads
  • Opened or Used Batteries
  • Opened Rescue Kits, CPR Masks/Barriers
  • Medications
  • Emergency Medications

If you wish to return an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) or training unit, the price of opened or used electrode pads and/or batteries which are in non-resalable condition will be deducted from the total refund.

Shipping and Insurance Costs

All shipping and insurance costs incurred on return items are to be handled by the customer. Protect It Dental is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping, so please ensure you use a reliable carrier when sending your return.
